Submerged Combustion Vaporizer(S.C.V)
LNG supplied from an LNG ship is being stored in the LNG tank in LNG Terminal at extremely low temperature(-165℃ or below), and the Submerged Combustion vaporizer is used to convert LNG to NG before it is supplied to power plants and city gas users. All parts that contact with LNG are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and our environmentally friendly design minimizes NOx and CO emissions with providing close to 100% thermal efficiency.

Mobile Vaporizer
The mobile vaporizer is designed and manufactured to enable quick gas supply in case that the governor station has a problem with gas supply. Or, it can be used to supply a small amount of gas to islands areas or isolated areas. It is a new conceptual vaporizer that can vaporize 5 tons of LNG per hour to enable speedy loading/conveyance through the trailer.

Recondenser
With the world’s best unique technology, our recondenser is made of vertical stainless steel materials and it is a facility used to mix LNG with BOG naturally generated in the LNG tank of the LNG terminal or FRSU and then re-liquidify it, and it is installed between the lower pressure LNG pump and the high pressure LNG pump.

Gas Heater
In order to convert the high pressure natural gas supplied from the LNG production site to power plants and city gas companies at proper pressure levels, pressure control, in other words, depressurization is needed. When the pressure is reduced, due to the Joule-Thomson effects, temperature is decreased, and thus in order to prevent freezing accidents to pipes and metering facilities caused by ice formed near pipes, the device can pre-heat it to proper temperature, thus compensating for temperature losses due to depressurization.

Gas Filter
Gas filter is installed at the front side of the gas filter to remove alien substances, water, and dusts contained in the natural gas, thus playing the role of protecting the accessories of the gas heater.
